Duties:

• Carry out assessments for care packages, equipment
• Create care plans and rehab goals

Requirements of the Social Services Occupational Therapist:

• Degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy
• Recent experience working as an Occupational Therapist
• Recent experience within social services / local authority / council
• Registered with the HCPC
