This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role while contributing to cutting-edge technology in the medical field.About the RoleAs a Software Team Leader, you will initially play a hands-on role in analysing requirements and working with high-level languages such as Java, C#, and C++ in an Android environment. You will lead a team working on software that powers PCR machines and laboratory equipment, interfacing with hospital IT systems, printers, analysers, and bare-metal devices.Your role will involve:

• Analysing requirements from day one and translating them into work packages.
• Leading and mentoring the team to build efficiency using tools like Jira and best work practices.
• Balancing leadership (75%) with hands-on coding and architecture work (25%) as needed.
• Engaging in Android development activities and contributing to the design and implementation of interfaces.

About YouTo succeed as a Software Team Leader, you should bring:

• 5+ years of software development experience, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role.
• Proficiency in Java, C#, or C++, with hands-on experience in an Android development environment.
• Familiarity with medical device standards (e.g., IEC 62304), or experience in automotive or functional safety environments (desirable but not essential).
• Strong analytical skills to break down requirements and architect effective solutions.
