So, what are the main duties of a Technical Team Leader in Netcompany-Intrasoft?
Be close to the agents, understanding their roles (vs. end users) and identifying their needs (e.g., training, support, quality, etc.);
Communicate effectively with EP operational managers (not the other way around);
Propose improvements, identify issues, and provide detailed reports;
Possess strong ServiceNow skills;
Have a comprehensive understanding of all teams, including their related support, proximity, and mobility activities, as well as on-the-field operations (e.g., quality of work delivered to EP end users, welcome desk activities, VIP interventions, etc.);
Demonstrate proficiency in French at a B2 level and an excellent command of English;
Have a solid understanding of service desk activities;
Bring previous experience as a Team Leader;
Exhibit strong reporting skills.

Degree from a first cycle of higher education (minimum 180 ECTS or equivalent/EQF Level 6) with at least 7 years of relevant experience, or a second cycle degree (minimum 300 ECTS or equivalent/EQF Level 7) with 5 years of relevant professional experience;
Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken;
