West Virginia University and the National Marine Sanctuary Foundation are seeking applications for a Temporary Field Interviewer to conduct intercept surveys at the Wisconsin Maritime Museum in Manitowoc. Survey questions ask visitors about their visit to the area and their thoughts and perceptions about the Wisconsin Shipwreck Coast National Marine Sanctuary.
The position will be scheduled approximately 20 hours per week, and the wage is $17.52/hour. The position will start in October and continue through Spring 2026. There may be opportunity to continue work through Summer 2026, primarily at outdoor locations (e.g., city parks, state parks, lighthouses) beginning in spring.
