We are working with the wealth management arm of a global financial institution looking to appoint an experienced wealth management lawyer.In this role you will work on a broad range of work advising HNW and UHNW clients on designing bespoke banking and credit products, assessing the impact of financial regulations on those products, negotiating investment agreements and distribution agreements, across a broad range of business lines including Investments, Custody, Credit and Banking.You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE have sound working knowledge of credit documentation (loan agreements, security documents, reservation of rights letters) and associated UK consumer lending and mortgage regulations such as Vulnerable Clients, Consumer Duty, the Consumer Rights Act, AML legislations, and MiFiD II.This is a rare opportunity for a banking lawyer to join a key player in the wealth management field.Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary levels purely as a guide.
