You will manage the full compliance process from beginning to completion, and review more basic compliance work as prepared by junior members of the team.You will also be involved with related client advisory queries, projects and research, including de-mergers, family business succession planning and shareholder exits.As Manager, you will play a key role in the management, mentorship and training of team members, carrying out reviews and appraisals throughout the year. You will be CTA or CA qualified in order to assist the team with their own professional development and training.
