Our client is seeking a talented and creative Marketing and Development Manager to join the team, working within the hospitality industry. The successful candidate will be tasked with developing effective marketing strategies to enhance the company’s visibility and long-term growth strategy.

• Develop and implement strategic marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and sales
• Build relationships with businesses and individuals to drive revenue growth from corporate and sponsorships opportunities
• Coordinate with other departments to facilitate effective marketing campaigns
• Act as the main point of contact to marketing agencies and producers
• Identify sales opportunities to increase occupancy and commercial return
• Liaise with multiple areas of the business to align on the strategic aims of the venue from an operational aspect

• 2-3 years experience in a similar role preferably within the hospitality, leisure, travel and tourism sectors
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
