Medical and Life Sciences Associate – BristolRare and exciting opportunity for a Personal Injury Solicitor to join a Medical and Life Sciences team in Bristol.My client has an opportunity for a lawyer (NQ – 2 years PQE) to join the Medical and Life Sciences team in Bristol (hybrid working is available). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work within a vibrant and growing team. The work will be very varied, interesting and challenging and, where you show you can run the matters successfully, you will be given autonomy to make your own mark on the files. You will also have the opportunity to get involved with business development and client initiatives, where appropriate.In addition, you can expect to:

• Manage and assist with the management of medical malpractice claims.
• Assist with the management of inquests and attending hearings as a notetaker or advocate.
• Assist on Fitness to Practise investigations and CQC prosecutions.
• Deliver a high quality and timely output to clients, ensuring high levels of client service and alignment with agreed working practices and client service level agreements.
• Work to develop an environment of constant improvement: enthusiastically sharing with and helping others; and taking responsibility for aspects of team development, such as intranet pages, training and induction, process improvement etc.
• Capture and collate required Management Information in accordance with agreed practice for clients.
• Contribute to the development and improvement of the team’s service, support, processes and procedures.
• Attend client events and/or travel to London when required.
