If you’ve got experience in joinery or a similar trade and are ready to lead a team, this could be your next big move.This production team leader role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical, workshop-based work while supporting production targets and quality standards in a leadership capacity.Location: Kirkby-in-Ashfield
Pay: £15 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00am – 16:30pm
Contract type: Temporary to permanentKey responsibilities

Lead the assembly of units, ensuring all components are fitted correctly
Follow specifications and guidelines to maintain consistency
Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards
Support smooth day-to-day production operations
Adhere to health and safety procedures
Prepare and dispatch customer orders accurately
Monitor stock levels and carry out regular inventory checks

Requirements

Hands-on experience in joinery, carpentry or a similar trade
Ability to read and follow technical drawings
Confident in leading or supervising a small team
Strong organisational and time management skills
Attention to detail and commitment to quality
