Field Assistant CCCM

Context/Reporting line:

Under the general guidance of Return and Reintegration Programme Officer the overall supervision of the CCCM Project Officer, the direct supervision of the CCCM Senior Project Assistant and the administrative supervision of the Head of Sub-Office in Mosul – Ninawa-Al Amal Center. The incumbent will be responsible for the following duties:

Core Functions / Responsibilities

• Provide basic administrative support for camp field activities
• File documents such as attendance sheets
• Help with preparing simple records (e.g. incident lists and service requests)
• Perform any other administrative or information management tasks assigned by the supervisor.
